| Talleres Llaneza group has more than forty years of experience in the accuracy machining and repair of all types of materials to manufacture parts and mechanism electro welded and mechanized.
Nowadays, we boast a factory with 10.000 square meters, with the last equipments on manufacturing machines and dimensional control devices. All our activities are developed under the quality requirements of the Standart ISO 9001 obtained on year 2000. Besides the machining, we have some areas assign to make electro mechanical assemblies and subassemblies of machines including inspections and test.
Talleres Llaneza group is made up of Talleres Llaneza workshop, DFM Plating and DFM Ingenier??a.
Talleres Llaneza workshop is specialized on the manufacturing of chocks, segments and mandrels shafts, process rolls, rings, couplings, standard and special gearboxes, lifting devices, cranes, continues casting, rolling mills for steel, aluminium and Zinc, coilers, shears, winding machines, tension equipment, coaters, Strip press, Threading Machine, valves bodies etc.
DFM Ingenier??a provides design and manufacturing of special machinery, manipulation and transport devices and turnkey projects for the Steel and Metals Industry including start up projects. Also we offer machines and devices for the industry within the environmental recycling and several other fields. We counts on the most modern software to design simulate and calculate.
DFM Plating provides Nickel plating, Chrome plating and Tungsten carbide, with wide experience in applications and processes. We count on facilities for several parts with great capacity. We also have equipments for shot blasting with controlled roughness and mirror finishing. We supply continuous casting molds new and repaired, repaired chocks and rolls necks with nickel, new and repaired conductor rolls, etc.
