The iron foundry has been designed to cover a wide range of products in both grey and ductile iron (EN-GJL150 to EN-GJL-250 DIN 1561 and EN-GJS-400-15 to EN-GJS-600-3, DIN 1563) from 1 to 500Kgs either in an IMF no-bake moulding line or in a BMD green sand automatic moulding line. Castings can be supplied with or without heat treatment and are, usually, protected against rust. Our iron foundry is certified according to ISO9001. In the aluminium foundry we manufacture castings in different alloys, in sand and gravity die. We are prepared to supply from very small quantities to large series from 500grs to 100Kgs. Besides the melting furnaces we also have a heat treatment furnace and an impregnation installation. The machining shop is equipped with CNC and conventional machinery and is able to machine the castings produced in the foundries (iron and aluminium). We can easily supply assembly services, with or without special components supplied by our customers. iron and aluminium foundry
