| Matri??ats, S.L. is a subcontracting/ outsourcing company which has been dedicated to transforming all kinds of metal plate, especially stainless steel, since 1970.
Our service starts with the design of projects (and/ or re-engineering current processes), thus offering an optimum construction of the necessary useful items to produce the prototypes and series required.
In order to be able to offer this service we have a highly qualified team, and all the departments properly communicate through an integral management system (S.I.G., Quality, Labour Risk Prevention, Environment) to be able to use various technical and production means efficiently. These range from the CAD/CAE/CAM/CNC systems which constantly appear in the development of our processes to a wide range of presses (up to 1600Tn), 3D laser centres, mechanized, automated, soldering, and finishing centres, etc.
Currently, after important changes in our organization during the last few years, and seeing research, development and innovation as a professional challenge, and working under regulation ISO 9001-2008 in order to achieve a larger competitiveness and efficiency, we are in a position to offer products and services our customers needs, belonging to various sectors such as: household equipment, bathroom fittings, pressure equipment, household electric, clinical, naval, railroad, auto motion, small and great household appliance, food industry, petrochemical, air and water technology components, street furniture, decoration, etc
