From 1980, evolution, investment, tecnology innovations, competition for answer to a product's turned market, in which all the services and customer satisfation are optimize from quality, price and reliability. Cosme spa is a leading subcontractor in Piemonte for high precision metal turned, milled, drilled mechanical parts. We offer components and solutions for automotive, sanitary and heating su??ystems, pneumatics ecc. We turn brass, free-cutting steel, steel-inox and aluminium according to the customers' drawing from 10 mm to 50 mm. Our machine park is made up of 30 multi-spindle lathes (6 and 8 spindle), 4 multi-spindle CNC, 5 single-spindle allowing us to produce big series at very competitive prices. The company is equipped with the following completely automatic systems: - for collection, treatment and storage of production by- products -for washing with automatically loading washers -for warehousing with mobile shelving -for aspiration and treatment of oil aerosols generated by machining -for automatic tool storage We are certified ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TS 16949:2002 and this certification is a dependable recognition and hence a starting point for continuos improvement and for a market success achievement as per company policy. If request we check 100% using special automatic systems to ensure zero defect ( video cameras).
